How to fix copy and paste failure issue on windows 7 - Thinkpad T440S

When I got a new laptop lenovo ThinkPad T440s, found that the copy and paste function was not working normally, tried to search a lot of websites, but no luck.  Finally, I got below solution to fix this issue. 

Hopefully, this solution can help someone. 

Laptop: Lenovo T440S

OS: Windows7

Issue: Copay and Paste function is not working normally.

1.       Click Start-> Search”cmd”

 

                

 

2.       Right click “cmd” and run as administrator.

 

3.     Type in regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Bluetooth\btmoffice.dll" and enter.

 

      

         

 

4.       After below succeeded info prompted, close your outlook/notepad/office, then restart them. The copy/paste issue shall be gone.
